Discover the new Cornish Mining World Heritage Site illustrated map guide

We are delighted to announce the publication of a new illustrated map guide to the Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site.

Designed by Truro based illustrator Keith Sparrow, this beautiful map guide provides an inspirational introduction to the World Heritage Site and really captures the ‘sense of place’ of the mining landscape. There are introductions to the 10 Areas that together make up one World Heritage Site and handy links to sources of further information. 

The new guide was shared for the first time at the World Heritage UK 2024 Annual Conference held in Redruth in October. It will be available at selected outlets across the World Heritage Site and is available as a pdf at - Cornish Mining World Heritage Site Illustrated Map
